Dea Evans: Cave Junction, Oregon, United States; I am the Pie Lady at a small establishment called Taylor's Country Store in a small rural town in Southern Oregon. It's located right off the Redwood Hwy, a passage to the California and Oregon coasts and the home of the Oregon Caves national monument a key attractions to this area. Before I baked at Taylor's I baked up at the Oregon Caves Chateau where I first started baking pies. I wanted to start a Blog to share my experience as a pie baker along with other treats I have been preparing along the way. I love baking and I especially love making pies! I will be sharing some of my recipes and tips and lots of photo's!
